The year 2023 has been one of great opportunity and achievement for academic nursing.

As a community of leaders, we worked together to address a wide spectrum of concerns ranging from workforce shortages, faculty vacancies, changing student expectations, and threats to our well-being. Despite all the challenges, we came together as a community united in purpose, fueled by passion, and engaged as partners committed to shaping the future of nursing education.
