• Reservations for rooms accessible to guests with disabilities may be made in the same manner.
• The room block may fill before the deadline, so please make your reservation early.

Hotel Payment Information

In previous years, some students had their rooms paid for by others (such as teachers or parents) but presented their personal cards at check-in. To prevent this issue, please ensure that anyone whose room is being paid for by someone else requests a credit card authorization form from the hotel.
